The mystical experience

A few people have asked me to write about the mystical experience. This I am willing to do of course, but to understand the mystical experience for what it is we need to understand what reality is. This is what I want to get into in this post so if you read this you should get an insight into both reality and also the mystical experience.

Fields and dimensions

Someone asked me to write about mind over matter. Okay. But in order to understand mind over matter we need to understand fields and dimensions, or rather, dimensions and fields. Once you understand what dimensions and fields are then you should be able to understand something about mind over matter.

This is a blog post about the Kabbalah, or Kabbalah numerology (the Sefirot) and gematria, which is the basis of Jewish mysticism.

The Karmic Cross

Here I'm going to give you another example rune casting - for the purposes of insight - which is a little more elaborate of the shamanic rune casting. This one is a significant rune casting and one which I personally refer to as the Karmic Cross. This rune casting is dependent on the casting of five runes rather than three. This rune casting is a fairly standard casting for insights and discussions involving karma.

Fundamental subversion

I'm going to start this post by referencing lifelong activist Ray Hill. But which one? Well there's a British Ray Hill, a former far right activist who switched to become a neo-nazi infiltrator and who later in life worked against white supremacy. But this is not the Ray Hill I'm referring to.

Karma and death

In the above image you see someone holding a candle in their hands. This post is directly relative to the five dimensions of living existence (please see What are the five dimensions of life? in the FAQs) and how they go together.

Heaven and hell

Many of us are afraid of death. There's a lot of speculation, much of which comes from the culture developed by religious authority, about what happens to us when we die. But dying can be as natural as living and as I'm back on my home territory I will write about what death is really all about and also what lies behind the concepts of heaven and hell.

The Dao of Nature

Ego is the impediment of Dao. If you care what other people think, if you care about how something is going to impact on your reputation, if you have concerns about any lesser issues, then you are inaccessible to the Dao. Being inaccessible to the Dao separates you from Nature.

Abuse of energy

Let's start with something that concerns me. When I leave someone after having done some shamanistic work with them, having centred someone and helped them find a perspective of relative equilibrium, I often wonder how they're going to use their new found energy. I try to make meetings and such pleasant simply because being pleasant promotes open-mindedness and a certain mental and emotional flexibility.

The haunted estate

I wrote a short article in a community newsletter for residents of my local council estate about a ghost called 'Jack' said to haunt the local estate. After the newsletter went out many residents claimed to have seen this ghost, some even contacted the local council.

Runic mysticism

Late last year a couple of people asked me to share some wisdom about the runes. I've kind of held off because while I've done a couple of rune casings here and there it's only in the last few days that I've managed to recall what I first learned about the runes and casting runes some 40 years ago.

Form and motion

LSo let's start with this nice image of a ladybird on a flower. You are no different to the ladybird and flower. Your physical form - your body, your senses, is interconnected with your thoughts, your emotions, your feelings, all your words, and everything you do. It's all lawfully relative to everything else. Being lawfully relative simply means that it's all karma constantly unfolding according to various laws.

A Fool's journey

This is an abridged version of 'The Fool's Journey', which is a story to teach those new to the Tarot the symbolism and possible meanings of all the 22 cards of the Major Arcana. I may come up with my own version of the complete journey in an e-book when I find the time. But for now we will go through just four 'chapters' of the story.
