Creative Law

Mystic, shaman, writer, dream weaver

Okay so starting with some labels I'm all of the above. I'm also the author of Creative Law (see the meme above) and both the founder and author of Qultura, which is a complete system to develop conscious awareness and such things as mindfulness, empowerment of individual life experience and individual truth through dream weaving activity and practice.

I walk a 'healing' path, liberating people from suffering, misery, anxiety, depression, addiction, suicidal thinking and so on through stripping away the false and toxic beliefs and illusions most people pick up and cling to as part of their process of socialization (or social and mental conditioning) through dream weaving, the sharing of insight and mystical principles. I'm not a therapist of any sorts because I'm not trying to label you or fit you into boxes so you find it easier to live in society, I am also not a teacher or guru because usually I'm reminding you of stuff you already know, have sensed or felt, but which has become lost in the deep and dark spaces of your subconscious memory. I claim no authority over you over what I share.

The most important label here is shaman, because what I do is what I've been trained to do roughly 40 years ago and that is to promote individual life experience and conscious awareness and strip away all the bullshit emotional and psychological attachments to make it simpler and easier for wherever it is you're going in life.

I'm also a mystic, follow a multi-disciplinary approach which is a fusion of eastern mysticism, the Kabbalah, various forms of divination, e.g. numerology, the Tarot, runes but my main source is Qultura methodology and dream weaving practice, because having created it from scratch it's the simplest, easiest and where I'm most knowledgeable.

I'm available for work in small community groups, on a one to one basis, through the Qultura community and I'm also available for paid work where I can share my insights and awareness for the benefit of others. As per mystical tradition I don't charge people up front for my insights, because that would be like stealing your smartphone and then trying to sell it back to you. There is no *my* consciousness and *your* consciousness, there is only consciousness and how much of it we can perceive.

Finally, my mystical blog here contains over 100 posts on various subjects arranged into categories and is text heavy - some posts are long reads. But it's not my words which are important here - but what insight and inspiration you personally derive from my posts.

Important stages in my journey

  • Babu Rashid & training to become a Buddhist shaman

Back in 1983 when I was 17 years old I entered into the training of Babu Rashid, an elderly Bangladeshi mystic and friend of Ravi Shankar. in Theravada Buddhism. He also encouraged me to get into mysticism, magic, meta-physics and the occult. Babu, who died naturally and peacefully in the spring of 1986 in his early 90's was the man who set me on my spiritual and shamanistic path.

  • My time spent in the performing arts

I have lived for 12 years in Poland (during the 1990's) where I became established in Polish alternative theatre as a dramatist, stage director while also teaching TEFL English. From around 1996, the same year as I taught briefly in a Waldorf school in Warsaw, learning about Rudolf Steiner and theosophy, I gave drama workshops for dis-enfranchised people such as the homeless, and people with mental health issues and addictions. It was then I started to question meditation as a practice and started seeking a simpler and more natural method of developing consciousness. I returned to the UK at the end of 2005.

  • Completion of the Forest Tradition

Before he died Babu reminded me that his teachings were conceptual and therefore beliefs and that in order to become a 'real' shaman I needed to go through the Forest Tradition. From around 2006 to 2008 I isolated myself from society and lived alone with nature among trees for around 2 years. This changed my perception of myself and my environment and I learned the differences between actual reality and conceptual reality.

  • Development of Qultura

At the end of 2009 I developed Creative Law and together with Ian 'Fibbo' Fibbens created Qultura methodology, the Qultura community and Qultura Core, the 'core' of the Qultura community. I completed the development of this system around 2021, and it's a shiny new system basd on developing consciousness and mindfulness through dream weaving while working against social stigma, social exclusion and artificial social divisions. This is my life work and a token of my authenticity as a shaman. My dream is to leave behind a foundation of the Qultura community through Qultura Core to be of benefit to others when I am dead.
