Why are there no comments sections?

There's a few reasons why I don't have a comments section at the foot of every blog post. The most practical reason is that I'm crap at form design and don't want the hassle of moderating people's comments. But there are other reasons.

  • I'm not looking for followers

Please keep in mind that I claim no authority in what I write and sometimes 'churn out'. It's just my individual perspective at that moment in time. Two months later I might have a different perspective. Besides following someone else is demeaning and beneath your dignity. You have your own conscious perspective and that perspective is as equally valid as mine is or anybody else's. I'm in the business of sharing insight and if possible inspiration. I'm not trying to sell you anything, convince you of anything or get you to believe in anything. .

  • I post on social media websites

I publish my posts on social media websites such as Facebook and LinkedIn, a site which I find more amusing than anything else. If you really must like or comment on my posts I prefer you do it on social media. It would be nice to get a good mystical discussion going of people sharing personal experiences and stories, but thanks to culture many people have the attention span of a goldfish and are focussed on the quick and easy and stuff that tells them stuff they already know That's okay. Butterfly language doesn't work with caterpillars.

  • Then there is Qultura

There's an entire Community Message Board linked to the Qultura and Qultura Core websites You're always welcome to join the community and have deeper more meaningful conversations there. I'm writing about subjects that don't fit neatly into a 140 character Tweet (or is it an X now?). On the Community Message Board we can get into much deeper conversations. It costs you nothing to register and use the Community Message Board.

  • You can also message me

It's all about connections. Even a few emails and messages back and forth can provide some amazing insights on both sides. Please keep in mind that I need insights from you and other people too and I always enjoy having a good email conversation even if it doesn't lead to anything further. In fact I'm often awed and fascinated by some of the insights I get from people who use this site or who I encounter through my work.
